In Mexico, Nissan was already a household name. That said, when Pablo Cardenas stepped in as the Creative Lead for the Nissan MX campaign, that particular market was still relatively unaware of the brand's true potential. The "This is Nissan" campaign urged people to take a second look and discover everything they are today: A brand that empowers people and makes them feel alive.
"This project comes from the need to showcase all the excitement and innovation behind the Nissan brand in an unexpected way," says Pablos. "It was really exciting to collaborate with a team of really passionate people who helped shape the new Nissan’s regional creative and business platform."
As the Creative Lead (or ECD), Pablo was responsible for the creative development of all Nissan Mexico communication. That means everything from the huge marketing campaigns, to the copywriting of the website. The series spots shared here, clearly highlight the young, tech-forward, electrifying energy the brand embodies today.
